By creating an account or using Zebrafy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zebrafy is a brand voice platform that helps you generate on-brand content, score your writing for brand alignment, and maintain a consistent voice across platforms. The Service includes the web application, Chrome extension, and API.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage limits, or tier restrictions.
- Abuse the referral program through fraudulent or self-referral activity.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
5. Content Ownership
- Your content: You retain ownership of all content you input and generate through the Service.
- Brand data: Your Brand DNA, brand profiles, and learning data remain yours.
- AI outputs: Content generated by the Service is yours to use for any lawful purpose.
- Our rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Usage limits reset monthly. Unused generations or scores do not roll over.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
- If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier until payment is resolved.
7. API Usage
- API access is available on Stallion tier and above.
- API keys are subject to rate limits based on your tier.
- You must not share or expose your API keys publicly.
- We may revoke API access for abuse or Terms violations.
8. Referral Program
- Referral rewards are subject to our anti-fraud policies.
- We reserve the right to void rewards from fraudulent referrals.
- Ambassador status and commission rates are set at our discretion.
9. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or perfectly on-brand. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
- We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebrafy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will cascade-delete all your data.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
