Changelog entries

April 2026

  1. Feature

Shipped the Zebrafy FAQ and setup guide pages

Launched a consolidated FAQ at /faq with 26 questions across 7 sections (Brand DNA, pricing, platforms, scoring, privacy, API) and a detailed 7-step setup guide at /how-it-works with full HowTo schema. Both pages are structured for direct AI answer-engine consumption.

  2. Feature

Added persona landing pages for agencies, restaurants, creators, and small business

Four new /for/[persona] landing pages call out how Zebrafy specifically solves the content problem for each audience. Agencies get multi-brand DNA, restaurants get review-reply and Instagram caption workflows, creators keep their personal voice across platforms, and small businesses replace copywriter spend with a Brand DNA profile.

  3. Feature

    Added competitor comparison pages

Six new /vs/[competitor] landing pages compare Zebrafy feature-by-feature with Jasper, Copy.ai, Writesonic, ChatGPT, Hootsuite, and Buffer. Each page includes an 8-row comparison table with honest per-row winners, a TL;DR, and FAQs.

  4. Improvement

Blog posts now surface topically-relevant tools

Every blog post now renders a 'Zebrafy tools mentioned in this post' section at the bottom, picking the 3 most relevant tools based on the post's category and tags. Posts about Google Reviews surface the Google Review Response Generator; posts about LinkedIn surface the LinkedIn Content AI, and so on.

  5. Improvement

    SpeakableSpecification added to blog posts

Blog post JSON-LD now includes a SpeakableSpecification block targeting the article H1 and lead paragraph, so voice assistants (Google Assistant, Siri, Alexa) and AI voice modes (ChatGPT voice, Perplexity audio) can read articles aloud more cleanly.

  6. Improvement

    Stabilized sitemap lastmod dates

The sitemap now uses stable per-route lastmod dates instead of regenerating from Date.now() on every request. This fixes a freshness-signal dilution issue where every page appeared to have been modified on every crawl, causing Google to distrust the lastmod values.

  7. Feature

Shipped the author page for E-E-A-T signals

Added /about/zion — the author page for every Zebrafy blog post — with full Person JSON-LD, credentials, and sameAs links to X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Every blog post byline now links here, strengthening experience and authorship signals for Google and AI engines.

  8. Feature

Added llms.txt and llms-full.txt for AI crawlers

Published /llms.txt (spec-compliant index of key pages for AI consumption) and /llms-full.txt (dense full content dump). AI crawlers that follow the emerging llms.txt convention (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) can now retrieve a curated site map in a single fetch.

  9. Integration

Explicit allow rules for AI crawlers in robots.txt

Added explicit Allow directives for GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot-Extended, and other major AI crawlers. Sensitive routes (admin, API auth) remain disallowed for everyone.

  10. Feature

On-Brand Score now includes dimensional feedback

Scoring a piece of text now returns not just a 1–100 score but a breakdown across tone, phrase usage, formality, emoji cadence, and CTA style — plus actionable suggestions on which dimension to adjust and how.

  11. Feature

Social Connect: import real posts to refine Brand DNA

On the Zebra plan and above, you can now connect LinkedIn, Instagram, and X to import your actual posts into the Brand DNA extraction. This dramatically sharpens the profile compared to website-only analysis — the difference between 'company voice' and 'human voice'.

March 2026

  1. Improvement

Chrome extension now works on Threads, Substack, and ConvertKit

The Zebra Button now renders correctly on Threads, Substack's post composer, ConvertKit, beehiiv, and Ghost — expanding the list of supported platforms beyond the original social networks and review sites.
