Setup steps

   Enter your website URL

   Drop your homepage URL into Zebrafy's Brand DNA builder. No forms, no branding questionnaire.

   Zebrafy's Brand DNA engine crawls your homepage and any public pages linked from it to extract a baseline voice profile. The analysis captures tone, vocabulary, phrase patterns, sentence rhythm, formality level, emoji usage, and recurring CTA language. This baseline takes under 60 seconds.

   Connect your social profiles (optional but recommended)

   Add LinkedIn, Instagram, X, or any other handles you post on. Zebrafy sharpens the profile with real posts.

   Your website copy tells us what your brand sounds like in formal contexts. Your social posts tell us what you sound like conversationally. Connecting both gives Zebrafy a far richer Brand DNA — the difference between 'company voice' and 'human voice'. Social Connect is included in the Zebra plan and above.

   Review and save your Brand DNA

   See the extracted profile — tone descriptors, key phrases, signature patterns — and edit anything that's off.

   Zebrafy shows you the profile it built: personality descriptors (e.g., 'playful but authoritative'), top 20 signature phrases, formality score, emoji cadence, sentence-length distribution, and more. Edit any dimension inline if the auto-extracted value is wrong. Click save and your Brand DNA profile is active.

   Install the Zebrafy Chrome extension

   Two clicks from the Chrome Web Store. The extension adds a Zebra Button to every text field on the web.

   The extension works on LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Threads, Google Reviews, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Gmail, Substack, ConvertKit, beehiiv, Hootsuite, Buffer, and any generic textarea or contenteditable field. Once installed, every text field on the web has a Zebra Button next to it.

   Click the Zebra Button to generate on-brand content

   On any text field, click the Zebra Button. Zebrafy generates a post, caption, reply, or DM in your Brand DNA voice.

   The extension detects which platform you're on and tunes the generation for that platform's norms — LinkedIn gets professional long-form, Instagram gets short captions with your emoji cadence, Google Reviews get warm personalized replies, X gets punchy short-form. The voice stays constant across all of them; only the format adapts.

   Score any draft 1–100 against your Brand DNA

   Paste any text into Zebrafy's Score view to get a 1–100 On-Brand Score with dimensional feedback.

   The On-Brand Score rates any text against your Brand DNA across multiple dimensions (tone, phrase usage, CTA style, formality, emoji cadence). You get a single 1–100 score and actionable suggestions on which dimensions are off. Useful for QA before publishing and for training junior content hires on your voice.

   Iterate — your Brand DNA lives with you

   As your brand evolves, re-run the Brand DNA builder or edit dimensions manually. Every future generation updates automatically.

   Brand voice isn't static. Zebrafy lets you re-extract Brand DNA from a freshened website, add new social sources, or manually tune any dimension. Because every generation reads from the current profile, updating your voice propagates to all future content automatically — you don't have to retrain a model or re-write prompts.
